M3 Max's design but that may not be such a bad thing the other three max offers the same tonight's build quality that we seen from a zoo in the past and it's all metal construction provides an unmistakably tank like feel this design is admittedly uninspired but it hasn't very least signifies a level of Premium this that isn't totally creeping into this prize category Design Elements like the shepherd edges and settle antenna lines are definitely a nice touch especially for what you're paying is not a perfect Design By Any Means though its side to back champers aren't enough to disguise a pretty foxy feel it can be difficult to find the correct side button is there aren't any textile differences one factor that you really want to consider is the sheer size of the M3 Max it's six inch display can be both a blessing and a curse the largest size is great for watching videos and playing games but it can also be annoying to use with a single hand trade off and one that we advise you to consider very carefully for navigation major does it a bit differently than other errands instead of a standard 3 kilo there's a single physical button which can be tapped to go back or press to go home though the style does take a day or two to get used to it's remarkably intuitive to use the button also functions as a fast and accurate fingerprint reader which is an incredibly indispensable feature to have now you may be wondering but what do I do for multitasking the answer to that question is actually quite simple you just woke up from a buzzle on either side of the home but as you can see the multi-tasking menu scales up as you swipe revealing any open apps the M3 Max's 6 inch 1080p IPS display isn't overly impressive but does the job it's bright enough for indoor use offers fairly accurate color reproduction is a crate size for consuming media a little sunlight readability and viewing angles are very good it's important to keep in mind the phone's price it would be a bit unreasonable to expect something like a Quad HD AMOLED panel for example the M3 Max is utilizing 3 gigabytes of RAM any mediatek Helio P10 which quite frankly offers poor performance if maybe octa-core but it's one of media text lowest and chips offering performance similar to a could be found in 2012 it's not just the benchmark scores they're bad with this one though in real-world use the phone legs quite frequently and it's just generally sluggish example and are testing the M3 Max was randomly refused to wake from sleep for around 10 to 30 seconds while we can forgive a little bit of this the M3 Max exceeds what we would consider acceptable game and performances also below average is the Molly t860 GPU is outdated and simply does not offered the same performance is comprable adreno options the M3 Max is an unlocked dual-sim device and supports 4G LTE an official Marcus if you're looking do in Port it however you may have trouble getting it to work with your carrier in the United States for example it's not compatible with 4G LTE it's only partially compatible with 3-g on AT&T and T-Mobile you can substitute One SIM card for a MicroSD card though to 128 gigabytes the phone 64 gigabytes of internal storage is an enough of course we always like to see that option available we didn't notice a minor Wi-Fi range issues during her time with the M3 Max and this may sound somewhat nitpicky if you already have Ranger shoes in your household this could be a major issue for audio we're looking at a single side firing speaker it's decent sounding louder nothing else kisses but slightly distorted or so at higher volumes it again does the job but he wants to consume media without headphones it may not be the best option out there battery life was great though is the 4100 milliamp hour battery is enough to push through a full day of moderate to heavy use artist correct Focus which of course if I could some bar shot other shots just appear soft in general it's also not the quickest camera reviews I don't know this is fine for still objects it's troubling when trying to capture images of moving object little late unfortunately it makes things much worse the green is turned up to very distracting levels and colors appear more muted been in better lick conditions autofocus struggles even more to resulting in some awfully soft images video recording is kept off at 1080p which shouldn't be a big deal for a lot of people but if 4K recording is important to you know that there are similarly priced options that allow you to record better higher resolution video mazes flyme OS makes a return with the M3 Max on top of the Android 6.0 marshmallow we're not expecting this phone to be upgraded to nougat but we can partially forgive that since May Zoo frequently updates there flyme skin with new features and refinements often times for up to two years at your phone released the actual experience may appear jarring to an outsider it's I was inspired designs and black of an app drawer are admittedly uncommon and Western skins but slimy remains one of the best Android skins we've used it's different but that doesn't make it bad amount of Polish is admirable and we have to credit May Zoo for their dedication to improving fly me over the past several years still in can be annoyingly Corky for Western users issues like Hangouts occasionally just refusing to open until the reinstall is performed are unfortunately fairly common the battery optimization also aren't Taylor to Western ask for example by default the phone close the Spotify after 30 seconds of the phone screen being off effectively stopping any music this can be manually fix by turning off optimizations for Spotify but it shouldn't have to be in China amazing three max can be purchased in black silver and gold for 1700 un or two hundred $45 pricing varies and other markets and if you're looking to import expected to cost around $270 billion through Max does well in some categories like software battery life and build quality doesn't offer any advantages over cheaper similarly-sized options instead of the meizu M3 Max we recommended $220 show me me Max if you're in an official market for its better performance Superior camera and similar software otherwise you should consider the 100 to 150 dollar ZTE grand X Max 2 or it's also better performance greater availability and nicer display these phones also are perfect I mean that says build quality is poor and the grand X Max 2 camera is just very bad but we feel that they are better options overall thank you so much.

We'll talk about the LG G6 one of the most anticipated phones of 2017 a brand new Android phone a brand new direction from LG so what is it all about let's get started the first thing that you should know about the LG G6 is that he waved goodbye to the modular design of the G5 and goes in the brand new Direction with a metal and glass construction that looks like that looks good that looks premium this is the LG G6 the front of the device is dominated by the screen and we mean dominated this phone is expected to feature a 90% plus screen to body ratio the front will be all screen that will be very minimal almost no bezel and this is the big thing about the LG G 16 experimental phones like this the Show Me Remix expect the Samsung Galaxy SI to come close but the LG G6 will really be something quite spectacular in terms of his display the rumor the sleigh is a 5.7 inch one of course the full HD resolution and we also expected to have a different aspect ratio should be taller and less why so it could be more comfortable to have it to hold it in your hand without the device feeling way too big the other big thing about the LG G6 is decided it will be the first known pixel phone to feature the Google system with tested the Google assistant on the Google pixel phones and it's amazing it's extremely fast extremely accurate is pics of all sorts of accent and it does a great job with contacts it recognizes contacts and you can ask it more questions and get more answers more powerful than anything that we've seen and this the LG G6 is the first known pixel phone to get so we're quite excited about this new form of input in terms of specs the LG G6 will go all out with a 64 gigabyte storage configuration USBC water protection of course the fingerprint scanner but it will sacrifice on some features and most notably we have a sacrifice in terms of the processor this LG G6 is rumored to be powered by the Snapdragon 801 yes this is last year's trip is the same one as in the Google face with the powerful chip but it's just not as good as the Snapdragon 835 the new thing by Qualcomm that only the Galaxy SIII said to have and this is a bummer the LG G6 will definitely be less powerful than that's like ship and hopefully this gets what gets reflected in the price we get a nice price good for that but the phone will just not be as powerful most likely as other flagships it's also sacrifices on some well-known LG signature Futures like the removable battery we don't have it here but the phone still has a MicroSD card to the expandable storage according to the rumors and it looks plenty sleep and last but not least the LG G6 kids to do camera rear set up in the back where you have a regular camera and the super wide angle camera to capture stunning landscape photography and that's why there's no other major major mainstream phone has a future like that so we're quite excited to see if LG manages to actually improve its excited to see how it does in terms of the interface and overall the LG G6 shapes of to be one heck of a phone.

Blowing me tonight may not be exactly a brand new phone to the market but it is a new phone coming to the United States Market the first time ever wall ways to be entering the flagship market and this is their mate 9 their Flagship device once you're below the main 9 Pro but still packs quite a big punch in the flagship Marketplace what's going to be one it's Mercury hear from phonedog.com and this is my review of the Huawei mate 9 so when he first take a look at the Huawei mate 9 it really strikes you as a super premium phone the front is beautifully feel the 5.9 inch 1080p display it is literally edge-to-edge and has just throw curves on the edges which just makes rolling up your thumb very very nice the back is all built of aluminum construction it's all your body and it just screams a lot of quality this play itself is super bright and very accurate even bright enough to be viewed outdoors in the middle of daylight it looks amazing and rightness it really can blow your socks off just be the first to say but it's really nice to see a flagship smartphone with a 1080p display tell if the 1 + 3 + 1 + 3 cheats because honestly Quan HD isn't exactly necessary on a phone once it has over 300 pixels per inch you always see the sole purpose of the main tonight isn't to look pretty it's also to pack a series punch at quite a good price point inside mate 9 is a lot of power were talking about the Cure 960 octa-core processor 4 gigabytes of RAM and 64 gigabytes of built-in Brown Put expandable memory card slot using MicroSD of - 256 of additional gigabytes of storage you as a package do you alway Maine tonight is really hard to be Tammy for the price at 599 here in the US it's literally be Flagship smartphone for a couple hundred dollars off compared to your typical smart feel like the S7 and S7 Edge no Hardware on the phone is pretty simple on the bottom is a USB type-c port thank you for adding that on the top is a 3.5 millimeter headphone jack on the left side is your SIM tray and your microSD card slot on the right side you have your volume rocker and your power switch it over to the back you'll see your fingerprint sensor right below your dual camera setup and you might see like a written on here it's because he Huawei mate 9 was developed in conjunction with like of a humongous premium makers of amazing lenses and cameras in Germany and they have fit a two cameras on here a 20-megapixel monochrome camera and a 12 megapixel RGB camera or red green and blue this combined will give you but ever so popular death affected everyone's been chasing over the past couple years and we'll talk about that in just a little bit later but it's definitely nice to see it on a phone at this price category software-wise will be pleasantly surprised to find the Android 700 do you get is running on board here with me if you want or emotion UI 5.0 that is always custom skin is probably one of the most heaviest a skins in the Android game at the moment but you can also run the Google Now launcher and make this feel like a stock Android device overall FAMU I5 it doesn't feel too bad it is really heavily skinned and it does look a little funky compared to just stock Android but I really do like the way it looks at it kind of has a very interesting appeal to it they're they're definitely look more squares similar to iPhone OS 4 iOS doesn't always look like at every single points but it works really well it's not bad down doesn't feel like older versions of Touchwiz like on the Note devices and the Galaxy devices and overall it's really does run very well and I haven't really missed a beat running emui 5 on top of nougat never gets hurt about power or being bad down but I will tell you this this device has enough power on tap to really power through anything I have not even hit any bog down situations where this phone has a stumbled or Fallen flat it really hasn't missed a beat and that's just a testament to the amount of power an engineer camera system in the are like a lens is the image quality is pretty good it's not quite as good as safe an iPhone 7:07 Plus or an S7 or S7 plus Edge it it is pretty good in overall the market space I think it's better than things like the Moto G and the HTC 10 and a couple other devices know what it does have a tendency to Overexposed especially if you use white aperture Miller to keep the phone and standard mode a just take photos it does a very good job details very good Focus pretty good it has a rating an F 2.2 on the lenses so it does a fairly decent job of taking good images save on the video signed by the 4K UHD quality again not quite as good as an iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 plus or an S7 or S7 Edge but it's still pretty respectable in the marketplace it's just not Stellar when are you getting the death M-89 you're getting some more artificial of Boca creation and it's not exactly as seamless as an iPhone 7 or an iPhone 7 + is supposed to be iPhone 7 plus kind of the king of the death affect because it has a two line system that uses a monochrome sensor in an RGB sensor to kind of figure out that information it's not quite as seamless but it definitely does its job I just wouldn't recommend it as the top smartphone in this Department's there's one more big feature with the Huawei mate 9 that affects exclusively to the US devices and that is Amazon Alexa the wall we may not be the first device to bring Amazon Alexa services to a cell phone to an Android device anyway and I can be available through a software update I have been able to mess with it they didn't have your running done with us yes and it's not active on this unit but it's tough we going to be a very interesting feature I can't comment but he'll work I think Alexis a fairly tied down and very restricted service other like Google assistant or a couple other of the assistant services and be around other stuff we can be very interesting mean if your Amazon Shopper you can ask your phone to go buy more groceries or buy more products or whatever you want to do and that definitely could have its upsides to it I just don't think it's exactly the best choice for an assistant on an Android smartphone stuff we can be worth exploring once it comes available to you while we may not another will be doing the video talking about Amazon Alexa on an Android platform but until then let me just wrap up this Huawei mate 9 review told her all the Huawei mate 9 is definitely an interesting-looking device I think it's a little over priced at $600 u.s. I figured it was $100 left it would be a steal at that price but obviously this is a very premium handset and it still is about $150 less than your entry level iPhone 7 or S7 I think it's a fantastic device I have a lot of power on tap and has Android 70 nougat so you're not really laughing anything and be stuff Department other than any of you watch what you could always run of skin and change that later on I think is a whole package it's very good very premium can struction very fast for your print scanner one of the best in the industry at again I think it's just a Fantastic 4 handset through and through and I think you wouldn't really be disappointed if you pick this guy up compared to an S7 or S7 Edge or any of the Android flagships.

These days Flagship Market is predictable and arguably still though the mid-range too low and Market of smartphones is one of the most exciting and fluid markets around which weeds devices like this one the honor 6X from Huawei a 5.5 inch 1080p smartphone for $250 was going over one Mark or hear from phonedog.com and welcome to my review of the honor 6x honor 6X is the next Generation from the five facts we saw last year at CSU Hardware a slight redesigned constructed of higher quality materials is the 6X a worthy replacement for the 5x well let's first take a look at the design but 6X is constructive completely out of aluminum unlike the five facts which is more of a hybrid of plastic and metal design language v b Wylie family very well it looks very similar to the popular and more expensive meat line of devices at the front is a 5.5 inch 1080p display of a relatively low brightness of around 315 it's there's an 8 megapixel front-facing camera along with all the sensors flip it over to the rear and you'll find a 12 megapixel camera next to a two megapixel camera for a dual camera setup for Philips augmentation and that delicious Boca fence around the phone you'll find your 3.5 millimeter headphone jack and a micro USB port not sure why they would like your USB I would really like to see USB type-c internally the honor 6X features a Karen 650 5 octa-core processor and a Mali GPU Ram is three gigabytes and there's 32 gigabytes of built-in wrong with micro SD card expansion on the SIM tray that's a fairly impressive amount of power and flexibility for each sub $300 device of a software is really the true test the 6X runs Android 6.0 and emu are emotion UI 4.1 out of the box this is pretty disappointing but it doesn't have Android 700 it will be arriving at some point to this device be an update just not clear when that will happen the older version of Android when paired up to an older version of my the 6X feels very out-of-date right out of the box that's good of emotion you are as one of the heaviest in the markets and the lack of having a proper app drawer just reminds you how budget the smartphone really is all this can be cured with a Google launcher and I'll definitely do that in a heartbeat if I own this device have to 7 to update will bring your life to the stock setup performance bill is really really good it's quick but really stutter and does everything you ask if it is honestly all the power you need to do normal everyday Thanksgiving is find browsing is find doing just about anything is fine and I never really wish I had a flagship device until I press the home button and saw that terrible you lie again but we'll gloss over that for one big feature of the honor 6X is be dual camera taking a more HTC approach other than the iPhone approach or even their own May 9th is a dual camera setup with one high megapixel sensor and another loner pixel sensor essentially the 6X uses its two megapixel camera for debts information which allows you to refocus later and create very creamy broke up in your shots overall it's alright I mean don't expect iPhone 7 plus results in terms of image quality and Boca quality but it will do just fine but when you compare it to other devices in the same price range than this camera definitely comes up to the cream-of-the-crop the one big downside of the honor 6X is video quality videos actually only limited to 1080p which is a pretty big bummer 4 V6 ex blessing I want to talk about is V battery get the batteries a fairly large 3340 million power units which delivers pretty good better life around 5.5 hours of screen on time with moderate to heavy usage widget seeds a lot of projects on the market today overall be honored 6X is one fantastic device it's built very well has great Hardware a decent camera but it's let down with out-of-date and clunky software but for $250 you can easily overlooked a lot of that and see it for exactly what it is what are the best $250 devices money can buy and let's face it two hundred fifty bucks is very low and on the budget scales for smartphones these days hope you enjoyed .

The best new Android apps in January to check out any of these ADW Launcher 2 has been in beta for a while but made its grand reopening in January the new 80w has a ton of features including a modern design custom widget building theme and icon packs support and tons of under the hood changes the modern design reflects that of other modern browsers such as the pixel launcher and Nova Launcher it also packs of these new features with diesel performance and low battery drain you can download it for free or pay the money for the pro version launcher is an interesting concept it's a launcher application that replaces your home screens with its own unlike most it actually put the keyboard right on the main screen you can use that keyboard to type in text to search for contact applications and other info the idea is that you can access applications and contact quickly and you can even make calls from the main interface it still needs some work but it's a fun little concept and it's also free diary is an application that tracks your mood the way it works is that you make diarrhea and trees over the course of your average day the application will then tracked your mood as time passes what's a gets into a screw that can tell you what your pattern as for being happy or for being upset it also comes with a slick material design interface that's very easy to use you get the basic features of the application for free you can also pay the $2.99 which will integrate your social media accounts into the app so we can gather more information posture is an application that wants to improve your posture it does this by using your driver scope and a screen overlay when it detects that your phone is in a position that is too stressful for your neck it'll pop up a little icon in the middle of the screen to remind you to straighten up it also includes various settings you can control how often the application checks to make sure you're doing it right there also something elements if you want those it's fun to use and generally unobtrusive and it's also totally free screens is an application for people who actually like split screen mode in Android nougat the application allows you to create a quick shortcut on your home screen it opens to applications into split screen mode if you simply open the app select the two applications that you want give the shortcut of name and the Creator that will appear on your home screen and are testing it worked well enough most of the time for to be really enjoyable however there are some combinations of apps that simply don't work well together in any case the application is completely free if you want to try it squeezes a financial application that helps you manage your budget that uses a friendly material design inspired interface that allows you to move quickly around the app what you sign in you'll be able to see Financial Insights and comparisons to your bills to help you save money the application also boasts 128 bit SSL encryption to help make you feel more safe one of the things will be asked to do is sign in using your bank account and we totally understand if that's not your thing otherwise the app is completely free to use string the fight is a new competitor to IFTTT if you'll be able to create automated actions with this application that your Android device that performs automatically a few examples include the ability to share Fitbit goes to Facebook open your garage door as you pull up or even set the lights to a certain way when it's bedtime as you may have guessed by now the application and is compatible with a variety of smart gadgets along with various apps it's free to download but it is currently in beta that means are going to be some bugs system panel to is the latest system monitor app from next app it has been Intel rebuilt from the ground up and looks a lot different from its predecessor it features material designed the ability to monitor most systems on your Android device and root access for even more stats if your rooted every feature is available in the free version in the pro version simply removes advertising the only bad part is an Android nougat is very strict on what is running on your Android device in this app can't fix that otherwise it looks good and it works well toontastic 3D is a fun little Google application that lets you create animations it comes with a variety of characters and objects that you can use to get started or you can make your own if you're interested along with creating the animation you could also write them choose from three story arcs to help you along and you can export the videos and share than when you're done it's not a professional level application but it's still pretty fun to use and it's also completely free Weather Wiz is a new or weather app that looks fantastic it features the basic weather info including the current temperature hourly forecasts say 10 day forecast precipitation wind cloud cover UV index and dew point it also has one of the coolest weather radars that we've ever seen you can also track multiple locations if you want to every feature in the application is completely free to use and you can buy additional things as optional in-app purchases and that about does it for this one folks .

What's a Guys lawn here Galaxy Note 7 got discontinued a lot of people have been searching for a good alternative and this next one from xiaomi might be the closest you can get to the real deal but is this phone merely a carbon copy or does it have a lot more to offer beneath the surface let's find out what the siaomimi Note 2 we see a lot of really interesting devices coming out of Chinese manufacturers as of late like the automatic and even show me Zone me mixed which was also announced alongside the me know too but something that Chinese OEM have been notoriously known for his creating smartphone clones and the me know to is no exception we're pretty used to this by now but this is probably the first time we've seen a smartphone clone of a phone that technically no longer exist if you miss the Note 7 design this might actually be a good thing because of me know two copies the Note 7 design almost to 80 the key word here being almost the edges of the front and back glass or curb rash on me like to call it 3D glass and it's all wrapped in a smooth and solid metal frame the build quality is great and it's a beautiful looking device if you can manage to keep it clean from fingerprint smudges and dust that also very easily especially on this piano Black version for the most part just feel very much like the Note 7 in the hand do the general shape and materials but there are some notable difference is the side bubbles are much thicker make let me know to a tad wider and her so much clearer and sharper distinction with the way the Glass and Metal meet along the side there's also a new S Pen or stylus living at the bottom of the device and it said all you have is a microphone the USB type-c port and a single speaker the headphone jack is on the opposite end of the top along with the IR Blaster control your TV or other peripherals in your home on the right side you got the standard power and volume buttons which are also made of metal so the very clicky and tactile and finally on the left is the dual SIM card slot there's no microSD card slot but there is plenty of internal storage with the phone being offered and 64 and hundred twenty-eight gigabyte capacities the front of the device features a home button and capacities for back and recent apps that are denoted by. Which means you can change the order of these buttons within the settings to however you see fit so you can have back on the left and recent apps on the right or vice versa at first glance be home but may look like ice Allstate home button because of how fresh it is to the glass but it is a real physical clicking home button it doesn't capacity functionality so when the phone is unlocked you can just lightly touch it in order to go home and the only time you have to physically press the button down is when accessing Google now or when using the home buttons integrated fingerprint sensor to unlock the phone the fingerprint sensor works just as well as she would help on a flagship phone it's very fast and accurate unlocked and very rarely did it ever fails on lock on the first the time being on the front also makes it much easier to unlock when it's sitting on a table or desk the screen is an AMOLED display measurement of 5.7 inches but unlike most like ships that are featuring Quad HD the meno to Ops for 1080p instead but honestly unless you plan on using this phone for VR you probably won't even notice to the naked eye the screen is still plenty sharp and of course you have all the inherent benefits of an AMOLED screen like a deep blacks high contrast and Punchy colors there's also some options within the settings to adjust the color and contract to make the screen look how you want and a reading mode to make it easier on your eyes at night if you like big screen phones for a more comfortable me to experience you'll definitely enjoy this one and show me did a great job of taking advantage of the large size by giving them to a very high DPI that allows you to see a lot more content on the screen at one time the biggest benefit of a 1080p panel is how much easier it is on your phone's battery life and we can find that 1080p panel with a massive 4070 milliamp hour battery you have a recipe for some extremely good battery life let me know too easily last me all day sometimes even a day and a half if my usage is a little bit more casual for God's how many hours of YouTube gaming social media or emails that I do the phone always last of me comfortably into the late-night hours of the day aside from the design and screen size of me know two similarities with a Note 7 pretend you don't have to see what the differences are on the inside it's got all the flagship version of the company's Snapdragon 821 ship but the base model come with 4 gigabytes of RAM while the Premium Edition features 6 gigabytes of RAM the Premium Edition wall to come the rear I have 2.0 unfortunately there's no Optical image stabilization but it does at the very least have electronic image stabilization the camera interface is nothing out of the ordinary is straightforward and simple and come to the handful of shooting modes a panorama a group selfie mode beautify and a manual mode for Dowling in the settings yourself while the camera interface is simple and easy to use a could use some improvements it's give more towards portrait orientation which is fine if you take mostly portrait photos but when shooting in landscape only some UI elements rotate to landscape while the good majority stay locked in portrait of course none of this matters if the picture quality isn't any good but the me know to is capable of taking some great-looking photos that would say are on par with other flagships it's past the focus and capture photos and a 22 megapixel shots provide plenty of detail and could really see how sharp teeth images of liquid zooming in and pixel peeping it does crush Shadows a little too much and underexposes and certain situations but it's nothing that can't be fixed by using HDR even with Optical image stabilization it does diesel well in low-light as far as capturing details but it does sometimes struggle with white balance and there tends to be a flaring effect with highlights it's all so much slower to capture photos in low-light when using HDR which makes it difficult to grab shots are in focus without using some other form of stabilization like a tripod let me know to is running the latest version of me why with me why version 8 on top of Android 6.0 marshmallow UI version 8 was introduced earlier last year and it brings a host of new changes to the interface there's a new clean color palette I can be seen throughout the entire interface and in the show me standard set of apps and the phone has been updated to a phone that show me claims as much easier on the eyes even after several long hours of reading the new vacations panel received a facelift with notifications and Tacos now being bundled into one panel I can also get a convenient weather widget integrated into the notifications panel that would change colors depending on the time of day aside from the aesthetic changes me why I also brings a lot of new and interesting features one of them is called do laps so what do apps you can run two instances of the same after a completely independent one another which I thought was pretty cool and can be very useful on applications that don't have multiple user login support apps like Facebook and Snapchat would be prime examples for this many other apps I can take advantage of this another feature that stands out on me why is the second space feature his face basically let you create a secondary profile with his own home screen and app that is completely separate from your main profile if use your phone for both work and play you could keep your main profile for personal use and have your other for business use and easily switch back between a to me why is still a far cry from stock Android but Shelby's much need to overhaul the interface has made it more aesthetically pleasing and many of the features actually at a fair amount of value to the experience without coming off as gimmicks the most unfortunate part about the me know to is a chemise only officially releasing it in China you can still pick it up in the u.s. to resellers but will cost you a pretty penny ringing upwards of $700 depending on the model but if you're in the US and what proper band support the global version is really your only option there's only some better deals out there but you're still in the hunt for a note 7 alternative the me know two will be your best bet at least on the exterior when you get to know this phone inside and out you'll realize that is more than just your average smartphone clone as I think you guys so much for watching this video I hope you enjoyed this review of the xiaomi me know 2.

Yes I know is taking a little more than usual with the reviews of certain products given the holiday season but there are certain feel that just can not go unnoticed for a proper treatment I'm heading that way better with pocketnow when this is all review of the leeco Le Pro 3 because it's been an amazing job lately with a smartphone offerings put one of the main reasons we decided to review the leaper three even weeks after his release is because of a different this phone is to your standard Android phone celiacos better remember to delete TV more of a constant consumption company in China so think of this phone more geared towards that approach when it comes to its officials at this look like your typical Android phone got a person aluminum finishing at a distance is quite as much as one scene closely internally it also resembles your typical Android device is got the usual specification like a Snapdragon 801 processor for kids of RAM and 64 gigs of not expandable storage devices different than the few other areas number of constant consumption is the focus here so the bezels on the 5.5 inch 1080p LCD don't seem to exist though they're actually they're actually just a pain trick but the cool thing is that they do lead to an immersive experience when consuming content mainly because of this and the fact that the Dual speakers provided do an amazing job though these come from the earpiece in the bottom firing speaker their social insanely large battery at 4070 milliamp hours helping you consume up the five and a half hours a screen on time and yes what you see there is an IR blaster believe it or not even in 2016 we finally get another phone with this and really if it wasn't for the lack of a headphone jack this would be the perfect content consumption phone at least for many of us the brownies when you start using the device that you guys not my favorite cup of tea mainly because of how it moves away from her with standard Android phone works it's actually very confusing for starter slide down from the top and you'll get notifications and if you want to look for settings nope they're actually not here these are in the recent apps button along with quick settings and controls you guess that there is no ashtrays well and the button in the middle is actually bleeding to the company's Lee Life Services the Lee life services are good considering if you want to consume content the problem is some of these are repetitive daily most of us will just go to the YouTube application to cancel our videos and then the other life services are from channels that are really not common in our areas or at least from my experience testing it I will come in we go for how Snappy the user interface is but there was really no need to reinvent the wheel here leave instead of the camera and you're talking about a 16 megapixel primary shooter with a 2 aperture and a mega pixels of a selfie shooter photos during the day here actually very good I would even say that the screen doesn't do enough Justice of the saturation of these photos when she put them out obviously this when you really test things in the lack of optical image stabilization makes this phone fumble and being able to capture that he shot and that lack of civilization is notorious on video we're walking around this definitely not going to look good something that's rather sad given how many phones out there don't have Optical image stabilization and still perform at Berkeley note to conclude let's be fair if you consider the price tag of this device you're talking about a very compelling product or talking about top to your specifications and design for just 399 if you're lucky you can find this phone for 299 at Lee Mall this is definitely a great way to make this phone turn heads considering the leap Row 3 years did device the only promise once you met them both price tag in specification to the vices like the OnePlus 3 where you'll get better specification similar Great Looks and build and more important to the cooler probably one of our favorite Android skins it wasn't for the convoluted approach this offer in the lack of features believe for three would be a great phone and obviously if you find this phone for 299 than hey go for it though this is not me saying that the leap Row 3 is a bad but it's actually a very good phone again I just feel that a lot of things that need to be reinvented here.

You're spending a few years being a fan of what open less than the Android space it's always great to go back and remember the reasons why I'm having everybody with pocketnow with this is our review of the Oppo R9 s hopefully spent the last few years leaving a significant dent in the smartphone market and a lot of it has to do with the quality of its product internally this is a premium mid-ranger we've got a Snapdragon 6 to 5 processor 4 gigs of RAM and 64 gigs of expandable storage there are dual-sim capabilities of you like to skip on the MicroSD card and the 3010 milliamp hour battery that has proven to last more than the day of average use open was also included Luke rapid charging technology with this device which bar overtakes almost every competitor in charging speeds trust me I love its companies are lineup was always meant to the five the odds of smartphone design and in the case of the r9s some of this Legacy made it some of it didn't actually for starters we don't blame you for confusing this device will the fruity competitor the aluminum back in the front are clearly inspired elsewhere but there aren't design elements that opal improves like for example I really love the sixth ring antenna line pattern which I feel actually compliments design them every OEM should follow and hey if you've ever wanted to have an iPhone with an AMOLED display you're actually looking at it with got a gorgeous 5.5 inch 1080p AMOLED display with punching color and deep blacks the front fingerprint scanner is also very responsive them opal includes capacity navigation keys to not steal from your screen real estate powering the show is color OS version 3 which is now based on Android 6.0 marshmallow sure we were full version of Android late but you have to keep in mind that the OS looks nothing like Android that's the way color OS has always been iconography navigation menus the lack of an app straight and even notifications all resemble the look and the feel of how is behaves I know for some of you this is bad but I forgot how responsive this user interface is even for pre-med Ranger then there are the few tricks that I really love about those you are that make a comeback in this device like for example being able to encrypt applications to unlock in with your fingerprint something that not every OEM practices and some other features like the just yours to launch the camera when the phone is locked or launch the flashlight what you're quite useful and speaking of the camera we've actually got a decent combo here with two 16-megapixel Shooters the primary including if 1.7 aperture face detection autofocus in pixels on the sensor of 1.12 microns the results are actually very good hotel to the camera on this phone is great and I will admit that for a premium it Ranger this is probably one of the best that I've seen I probably should just turning off HDR at night given how slow the camera can be but even a little like scenarios this camera is surprisingly good the selfie shooter is also 16 megapixels to aperture and I've gotta say I'm quite impressed with the results that the only thing that I don't like about this camera is how it performs on the video noticed that there is some civilization being provided through soccer I believe but it's not good enough for walking around for example overall the Oppo R9 this is a decent package for premium it Ranger we're talking great design a very good camera then approach to Android that I would say would help any iPhone switch her feel right at home and called the price a little steep given hell competitors like the OnePlus 3 t or very close it for this range but if you're looking for an Android phone that looks and behaves like an iPhone there was really no better place to go honestly Bo Pilar 9s is a very good phone .

Google is killing off the Google Now launcher why we don't know but what does this move mean for consumers and smartphone manufacturers let's take a closer look to start off it's worth reader rating just what is a launcher unless you're really into jailbreaking there's really only one way to use an iPhone you have pages of apps that's light on the top for your notifications in the slider on the bottom for a quick actions like controlling your WiFi Android ecosystems a lot more diverse that's why when you get used to one Android phone in your pick up a different Android phone it feels different one way to help improve the familiarity on Android phones every time you buy a new Android device you can install your own launcher and customize it so that it feels the same as previous phones you found Android is made and supported by Google so maybe consider installing good Google develop launcher while other companies look at a ton of features Google's approach focus on a fluid interface and ease-of-use well we now have official word from Google that by the end of this quarter the Google Now launcher will be no more for manufacturers there's an official have apps on Google requires companies to install on their phones before they ship them out not only is the Now Launcher being delisted but any phones manufactured after the cut off date will no longer be certified by Google that's a pretty Stark encouragement to make your manufacturers get on board for those companies the Fila Google Launcher should be maintained one of the Hallmarks of the Now Launcher is the left swipe to the side where you have your feed a customized list of notifications in news articles and I can still be activated by companies looking to maintain that looking Feel So Many Factors could go with the stock Android open source project Launcher add that left swipe feeding most consumers probably wouldn't know the difference it does get a little trickier for consumers however the Google Now launcher app will be pulled from the Google Play Store for any future devices you might buy it's going to be increasingly difficult install that launcher know the app will be pulled from the Play Store as long as you keep updating your Google search app your Google Now Launcher will continue to receive support when I really sure how that's going to work if you side load the Google Now launcher after the cut off date we would imagine Google will continue to support that too but the tricky part for those folks who don't want to have to manually install apps on the side what might this mean for them if they want it in Salt Lake simple and free want her to clean up their phone doesn't look like Google's going to be loosening the reins on the pixel launcher that's going to stay on Pixel phones there are a number of fantastic their party options and I'm a big fan of Nova Launcher for example it really will be a bummer if there isn't a first-party Google Android solution for people looking to customize their Android devices and Whores we want to hear from you do you use the Google Now launcher are you looking at what alternatives you might be able to install or are you hoping that this is going to be a move were Google will open up the pixel launcher.
RIP Google Now Launcher: What's next for Android fans and manufacturers?
